Car ownership has increased so rapidly over the past thirty years that in many cities around the world there are constant traffic jams. How true do you think this statement is? What measures can governments take to discourage people from owning cars?

During the last few years, having a private car has been highly popular and it is regarded as a symbol of good prosperity. As a result, the number of cars is increasing day by day which poses several problems. To my mind, however, this fever plays a vital role in creating heavy traffic in urban; but it is not the only defining factor. Also, I assume decreasing the cost of public transportation could significantly reduce the usage of private cars.

There are diverse opinions about which employee should be appointed to the empty high position of the company. Some think that present employees should be given the opportunity to uplift, while others argue that outsiders of the company should be appointed. From my perspective, present officers should receive priority first, and then other candidates can be appointed. In this essay, we will talk about how building a walkable city is a huge investment to stop this phenomenon.

While the arguments on both sides are valid, there is in my point of view, the former group sounds more justified.

However, in my opinion, teaching requires certain qualities that cannot be learned on a theoretical course of study, and must be developed by practical experience.

Opinions are divided based on the view that sports professionals are alright with their big deal of money as they earned during their matches and how unfair it is as many people think. Based on the experience with sportperson friends of mine, I would rather say that this view is fair enough for them to collect penny as much as they like.
