Many people use social media everyday to keep in touch with friends and get social news. Do you think the advantages of it outweigh the disadvantages

Now that news is instantly available on the Internet and social media, gone are those days when we used to sit with the newspaper, starting the day in the morning. Also, owing to the advent of mobile applications like WeChat and Line, the heartfelt letters that we used to write to our near and dear ones have become extinct. Though there are both advantages and disadvantages to this development, I believe it is more beneficial than harmful.

Some people believe that smart phones are destroying social interaction today. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Irrefutably, there has been a rapid change in our societies since the evolution of mobile phones, globally. However, some individuals believe that smartphones are impacting socialisation among the masses. I fervently believe that owing to the presence of mobile phones people fail to appreciate real-life relationships as well as family time. I shall discuss the same in forthcoming paragraphs.

Now- a – days for many people the internet is replacing regular books. What do you think will happen in further and what is your opinion?

With the help of technological advancement, e-books are replacing paper-based books. In my opinion, this trend will continue in the future as well because of the affordability and wide range of e-books available online.Eventually, printed books will become a thing of the past like other historical goods.

Advertising encourages consumers to buy in quantity rather than promoting quality. To what extend do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, humans are surrounded by advertising combats. In this regard, capital conglomerates offer a large range of goods instead of the paramount quality. I totally agree with this fact to some extent, and I will discuss my reasons in the following paragraphs.

Most people enjoy holidays and the travel and tourism is a billion dollar industry. All over the world people are traveling either for business or pleasure or both. People who can afford to or have free time go away frequently for short holidays or on weekends. Others who are working or studying try to take a holiday at least once a year, away from home and work or studies. What are the benefits of travel? Give good reasons and specific examples to support your opinion.

"Saga never ends", Joseph Campbell wrote in his most important book, <The Hero with a thousand faces>, suggesting that people are not animals who try to stay in a same place for a long time. Travelling and exploration are the basic traits of a human being. Heroes embarked on a new journey and undertook a series of adventures, bringing back the wisdom or treasures which are beneficial for their homeland and their people. Saga or its modern synonym, "travel" is the legacy that has been passed down from our ancestors over several hundreds of centuries.

For decades, the importance of doing exercise is being enhanced among citizens. Some say that using cutting-edge technology is essential to learn a new sport while others consider it as an unnecessary item to be accustomed with novel sport. In this essay, I will look at both sides and try to draw some conclusions.

We know very well that in this competitive ,era parents want their children to do their best in their life and for that education is the key.So, they want their children to come first in their studies so they spend extra money on their tuition maybe it has some demerits.

Some argue that it is essential to keep one's home and workplace clean, tidy and organised. In this essay, I will explain why I agree with this opinion as decluttering can increase effective use of time and how the state of one's workplace reflects their inner thoughts.

In the following lines, the previously-mentioned points will be thoroughly elaborated.

Over recent years, more and more we have been able to obtain information from other countries with globalization and arguments have persisted as to whether students should be exposed to a foreign cultures to introduce them as one of the subjects. In my opinion, I disagree with the opinion that this idea is a waste of time for students to focus on their school life. This essay will consider the facts of both points.

In today's world, language plays an important role in studying and socializing. Therefore, some researchers think that it is important for children to grasp a foreign language at a young age and it will be too late for pupils to learn it in secondary school. Although there are several disadvantages to this opinion, I believe that they are outweighed by several advantages.

These days, customers are often attacked by competing companies in a way that they might be under pressure to choose a service from one company over another. Many are affected by the advertisement that they buy something that they do not really need. Being critical and having strong ideas might help to reduce the impact of aggressive marketing campaigns.

In this modern era, the development of technologies has made people’s lives far easier. But it has disadvantages, like a sedentary lifestyle, less or no exercise, low immunity, etc. Some people believe that alternative medicine is a suitable treatment for the physical issues caused by the current way of life. I strongly disagree with the opinion that unconventional medicines are the best choice. Let's discuss more about the topic in the upcoming paragraphs.

Progress in technological advancement has risen dramatically and proven to be a positive development ,especially in the aspect of healthcare. This innovation in medical cure is making citizens grow long and their expectancy enhancing. However, this is a good factor but still has drawbacks and I will discuss it and give my opinion.
