In recent times, music has been recognized as one of the best therapy to ease the street.I strongly agree with this as it helps to cool the brain and is useful for relaxation.I will expatiate more on this with relevant examples and conclusion will be drawn.
The primary aim of music to humanity is to curtail anxiety. In my opinion, despite the soothing nature of melody to anxious individual, I totally disagree as it's effects is temporary and believe that stress reduction can only be achieved by preventing or removal of stressors through healthy lifestyle and seeking for help when need be.
Nowadays, many authorities reckon that economic progress is their most important object. However, there are many individuals who do not agree with this statement. From my perspective, I agree with these two opinions. So, in this essay I will further examine this thought-provoking question.
