Some people say that art (e.g. painting, music, poetry) can be made by everyone whereas others believe that it can be only made by those with special abilities. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

There are controversial perspectives heating up a debate over art such as painting, music and poetry. While some claim that art can be created by anyone, the opposite makes a statement that it can be only made by people with exceptional aptitudes. From my point of view, I would contend that it is optimal to combine both mentioned factors.

Many individuals say that the media should be allowed to broadcast information about humankind's private lives. Wild species have been losing their habitats in recent years. Even though some argue that saving animals is useless, humans still try to protect wildlife from danger. On the contrary, keeping the living environment equivalent has an essential meaning for both humans and wild creatures to get benefits. In contrast, preventing wild animals from being killed can contribute more to our economy.

It is undeniable that several fast food chains thrive in success in their sales, so they donate their money to schools in order to promote their products in return. In my opinion, this is a positive development; however, I will explain some issues stemming from this trend.

Some people argue that children should be taught about Art. I completely agree with this. However, Children should not be encouraged to focus only on art rather than other subjects, as children should be given the freedom to choose any subject that is appealing to them.

Public money can only be spent once and, therefore, the question which issues the government should allocate budget to is a topic of ongoing discussion. Funding impressive space exploration projects or investing money into pressing matters on planet Earth is a vivid example of one of those topics that has proponents and opponents in fierce debate. Although both parties bring forward various valid arguments, as is the case in many such controversies, I believe that the average taxpayer would prefer to see their hard-earned money utilised to tackle issues on this planet.
