It is thought that when constructing houses, it is essential to consider overall standards of safety for residents. In my opinion, the government should take responsibility for codes and conducts. The reason is that the government has the power to publicize construction laws, and architectures are observed during the building process.

If the home or building has a long history of celebrities living in that building, the price of the building might increase dramatically in the future. Nowadays, people give birth to their offsprings when they are of age. Although, childbirth at advanced age might come with some complications.
