Nowadays, The foreign language especially English is a very popular language. Moreover, the world needs this language or any other language to educate themselves. However, there are both pros and cons to deciding to do this. In this essay, I will discuss some of the reasons why the old people believe that they should it is good to learn a second language in primary school not in secondary school.
