It is true that life at this current time is way better than it was a decade ago. In my opinion ,i partly agree with this statement due to both eras had its own advantages and downsides.

With the development of the economy, the size of cities is increasing, leading to more congested road traffic. This, in turn, increases people's commuting time, causing them to spend a lot of time on the way to work. Some argue that converting parks and gardens into residential buildings would solve the problem, while others disagree. In my opinion, changing the land use type is not the best solution.

It is believed art budgets needs to be reduced to increase money spending for education. I can not say that ''I completely agree with this opinion'' however, there are some acceptable sides of this recommend. Budgets planning to spend for artificial things should be decreased but it should not spend for any other thing unless governments have to spend it.
