In this sophisticated era, many people are resorting to buying their needs in supermarkets. This phenomenon could give a drawback to the local shops, and there is a merit and demerit of this enhancement.
Nowadays, many countries think that economic growth is essential in developing countries, and governments worldwide try to highlight that it is the first priority. But some people have another opinion about progress, not just financial, for instance, a social one. In my opinion, both views of progress are essential for the economy and growth. In this essay, I will provide the most important ideas of those views on this complicated question.
Nowadays, the large number of vehicles on the roads and the sound and air pollution created by them are the major challenges to the government to mitigate. In this circumstances, many advise that rising the cost of fuels can be an effective solution, though certain individuals criticize that it would not be able to discourage people from using private cars in long run. Hence, I suppose, various actions such as promoting public transportation and bicycles; imposing taxes and ensuring new technology should be the greater way to deal with.
There is a controversial perspective heating up a debate over whether a great deal of food should be imported from other nations. I hold a strong view that this reality has both pros and cons. However, its disadvantages cannot overshadow its counterpart.
In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, many mandatory changes were generated in the routine and way of life for all, one of these changes was the way of working, and it was normalized that workers work at home, thanks to the technology of these times. After that event there are still companies that handle this mode of work, just connecting from a device such as their cell phone or laptop, thus generating many advantages in terms of savings in the costs of renting and infrastructure that entails having staff in a plant. But these advantages will be analyzed to understand if companies really benefit from the fact that their employees are not in an office under the supervision of a boss. This essay will show the impacts presented to companies since teleworking and as gained strength, generating controversy in productivity between remote workers and those who meet their schedule in offices physically.
In this recent years, a lot of cities claim to e overpopulated and it is urgent to expand the cities. This essay believes that the best solution is to build new development to the outside of the cities, and will try to elaborate more about the reason behind it.
There was a period of time when fresh water was a limited resource affecting some individuals but today is a major problem which turns global affecting the whole population. The opponent could disagree with my stand. Problematic social media use ends up interfering with other aspects of one’s life and can affect a person in several harmful ways. The effects of social media addiction include anxiety or depression, increased isolation, decreased physical activity, low self-esteem, and poor work or school performance, among many others.
