In today's fast-paced world, with complex and hectic daily work schedules, people need to be concerned about their health and fitness. There is a debate between Recruiting a private trainer or doing exercise classes or playing sports. I reckon that having personal trainers is more effective as this motivates people to do exercise and it is more academic than personal training.

Currently, almost all governments around the world set a fixed retirement age for everyone in every profession, usually about 65 years. It is argued that this is unfair when some employees want to have an early retirement. Due to the different requirements of each occupation, I totally believe that we should have more options in choosing when we want to retire.
