Nowadays, housing ownership has become a controversial debate among people. In some Nations, being the house owner is far more vital for individuals than being a tenant. In this essay, I will explore the possible causes of this issue and explain why I think this can be a double-edged sword situation.

When it comes to opinions about TV usage, people divide into two separate groups: the ones who dislike the content and the ones who don't like how much time their kids spend watching television. I believe that both factors can affect children's behaviour, however, I mostly agree with the statement that spent period of time is influencing more.

In my opinion, I cannot agree with this assertion.

In the past three decades, there has been a significant rise in the number of private vehicles which has consequently led to traffic jams. In my opinion, it is completely true and therefore, various measures should be taken by the governing bodies so that this problem can be mitigated.
