Organizations are unique in their self, this is not to say that they are independent, but that their guiding principles adapted by their employee varies in priority. people nowadays prefer cities over the countryside, because they get all the facilities required or which are not available in villages like education, and social life. that's why crowds migrate from the countryside to the big city, so they are expanding rapidly. also, on the other hand, there are some drawbacks to shifting to big places. I will be mentioning the major problems of living in cities.
