These days in the modern world, individuals waste a myriad of money on their youthful appearance. I assumed that this is happening due to the huge amount of advertisements and the inner instinct of being praised for their beauty. So I found it detrimental to the health and self-confidence of society.
In recent times people are more attracted to the things such as the latest fashion and hairstyles. I think that this new tendency of the people is affecting society adversely. More supporting ideas are given below. This trend is vastly influenced by Hollywood celebrities and established sportspersons.
To reduce crime rates, great efforts have been made to achieve them. Now there are disputes as to whether we should extend prison sentence time or not. In my opinion, we have other options, categorizing crimes and taking relative measures.

In the new era, more and more buildings have been built to serve the population growth. Besides, in the future these buildings in enormous municipalities around the earth will need to be upgraded and it will strongly affect government finance, in lieu of fixing old structures this expenditure can assist to supply more accommodation and roadway to create a convenient for citizens. From my point of view, I partly disagree that old buildings will be abandoned and collapsed for some reasons I mentioned below.

Nowadays, it is difficult for students to manage university fees along with other basic expenses like food, clothes and accommodation, so they choose to do some part-time jobs along with their studies. However, this doesn't make a good balance between work and study as it is overhead for the individuals and thus impacts their academic performance. This can lead to poor grades and eventually impacts later stages of careers.
