In this modern era, a large proportion of both parents go for jobs by leaving their children at the home. There are many reasons behind this and it can lead to some issues which i will explain in the following paragraphs.
İt is considered by some people that men do most of the high-level jobs. I completely disagree with the opinion and in my opinion , the company should encourage a certain percentage of these jobs to be reserved for women and equality between men and women .
