it is argued that in big organisations, a questionnaire from recruiters is the best and primary way to select them for jobs, while most individuals believe that interviews are not the accurate way and there are many different options to select the employees. Although written tests and knowledge are other beneficial methods to choose the worker I still believe that interviews are fruitful because it consists face to face discussions.
Nowadays, a number of cars on the highways and many accidents are happening. Consequences, of few politicians have said that individuals must to regular driving test for all of them life, not only one test. I think regular test havenot advantages rather than disadvantages.
There is no doubt that participating in sports comes along with many benefits. When it comes to sports, there are two different points of view. Some people believe that it is more advantageous to be in teams, for example, football or volleyball, while others prefer individual sports like swimming or tennis. In my opinion, I always enjoy doing sports by myself.
In today's world of education,all subjects have it's own peculiar importance as this largely depends on the individuals' area of interest.Some believe history as a subject is the most important area in high school study while others are of the opinion that science and technology take the lead. In this essay,I will be discussing both views and also give my own opinion.

In my opinion, i think both views have their own points and i think information should be shared or not depends on the situation.

Although,it is argued by some certain set of individuals that employees should appear smartly in dressing while others strongly disagree that the level of work output should be above body appearance.This essay will discuss both sides of the views with great points.
In many countries, women have been educated in fields such as science and technology but they do not work in these fields. in my ,opinion the government can do some policies to encourage them to work in their field.
The essence of marriage is to produce children to make a family that couples are dreaming of. However, motherhood is one of the major crucial roles inside the household when it comes to decision making either to have babies or not and I immensely agree that mother is also entirely responsible for bringing the children up.
It is often argued that a good family can quite easily replace the need for friends in one’s life. I strongly disagree with this opinion and think that friendship is an integral and unique part of an individual’s life journey.
