Working long hours is common in big MNCs and the corporate world. Few employees do it by choice, but most of them are forced to do it. With the growing awareness of mental health, many countries are introducing strict laws for the welfare of employees. Employers are obligated not to take advantage of employees' insecurities towards losing jobs if they don't put in extra hours. To eliminate this fear from the heart of employees and simultaneously improve the mental health of its citizens, the government has taken such strong and vital steps. I believe these initiatives will contribute towards the betterment of hard-working workers.
Nowadays, travelling on the transportation infrastructure in major cities is of significant hindrance. In this essay, I will argue that there are multiple causes for this such as overcrowding and the use of antiquated materials in road construction. To deal with these issues, I would recommend convincing people and businesses to move outside the city limits and also using novel materials and innovations in transportation facilities.
Inhabiting in their birthplace gives a feeling secure and some people prefer to spend a lifetime in their hometown. There are some factors behind it, such as high emotional connection. However, there are some pros and cons to this approach to living.This essay will explore the possible reasons and determine whether it is positive or negative.
