Although involvement in the decision-making process is thought by some employers to be a good experience for employees, other company owners think that it can be detrimental. In my opinion, I think that taking a part in such a meeting can bring more benefits for working people compared to any disadvantages it might bring.

I fully concur with this notion due to the fact that it will enlarge the country's literacy rate as well as reduce the financial burden on their parents.
