It is often argued by people that governments should concentrate on the well-being of their own population rather than helping needy individual's across the globe. Although the government's primary responsibility is to provide their society with basic necessities and continuous growth, countries should always stretch helping hands to the public in crisis across the world.

It is rightly suggested that the increase in mobile use has risen to a pinnacle in recent times. People are more engrossed in mobiles despite knowing the facts of what kind of damage they can do. However, if the government sets a few regulations, will that limit people from using them? In my opinion, I believe that it would not be wise to restrict people from their right to access basic necessities like mobile devices.
