It is true that gender equality has achieved significant advancements nowadays compared to society in the past, and women have no doubt obtained more opportunities to get engaged in the leading role on many occasions. With regard to many success stories about female leadership, there is a common statement that women are more suited to be leaders. In my opinion, leadership depends more on ability rather than gender.

Despite some downsides, I believe that team sports are more valuable than individual sports and can help in later life.

In this period of globalisation, University is one of the place to study, including bachelor, master, and doctorate programs. However, student admission must be based on academic and non-academic in the University.
