Population ageing is a vital problem in many countries these days. The policy for the elder community after they had worked entire their life is a way to evaluate the qualification of one government. One of the problems is spending on this care. Should government completely pay for their citizens? In this case, my opinion is depending on the financial conditions so the government has a suitable policy for each resident.
