With the recent advances in technology ,smartphones become indispensable items that meet the needs of people .As a result,many users,especially children,have spent many hours a day playing with these devices. Attractive features and inappropriate child supervision are the most reasonable explanation for this phenomenon.Although people should gain numerous benefits,the negative effects should be considered.

In the modern world, all countries are developed by laws and rules to ensure citizens’ safety and maintain the function of societies. Some people argue that if people can do any things with the limitations of laws and rules, then societies would be destroyed. I agree with this statement with my explanations below as well as providing examples to support my opinions.

Although some may currently feel unease about their freedom being taken away, they would be eventually desperate for the evidence when they ran into trouble.
