More and more qualified people are moving from poor to rich countries to fill vacancies in specialist areas like engineering, computing and medicine. Some people believe that by encouraging the movement of such people, rich countries are stealing from poor countries. Others feel that this is only part of the natural movement of workers around the world. Do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, skilful workers such as engineers, doctors and computer professionals are trying to migrate from their native places to developed countries . Some people believe that this issue is a normal situation and does not need to take any action. But other people are quick to point out the fact that this issue cannot be neglected and this can lead to a brain drain situation. In this essay ,I will explain this argument in more detail in the following paragraphs.

This innovation has both its own pros and cons, however, I believe that the positive aspects are more than the negative ones.
