In today’s modern society, a massive effort is being given to get fit in both physical and mental well-being. Instead of joining group activities, the trend of hiring personal fitness coaches is gaining increasing popularity among different nations. There are some relevant reasons for this and I personally believe that it is a positive development.

In the present day, the natural environment is inflicted negatively due to the rise of consumer goods manufacture. This essay attempts to identify the causes of this matter and provides a solution for diminishing the consequence to the environment.

From my perspective, I firmly agree that they should be encouraged to take responsibility with proper caution and close supervision from the authority.

Although movies and computer-based games are considered the best sources to reduce our anxiety, in my opinion, people become violent and aggressive.
