In metropolitan areas, it is common to witness an attempt to optimize land utilization by modifying the city's layout. This involves the segregation of essential establishments like shops, schools, offices, and homes in designated and extensively separated regions. Although this may have some benefits, I believe the disadvantages overshadow the advantages.

In this day and age, means of transport namely cars or motorbikes are one of the factors causing environmental issues.
