With the advent of scientific advancement and accessibility to the high-speed internet, its usage is being increasingly popular among the younger generation. It is rightly suggested that their communicating practices have mostly switched to the online web rather than in-person communication. There could be many reasons for that however, I do believe that this is a negative reflection of technological development.

Without a doubt, the use of essential smart gadgets such as mobile phones and computers has become a complex skill that regularly causes problems for elderly people. Recent technological advances, mainly to enhance the graphical user interface, are passively increasing the complexity. However, it can be resolved by introducing a dedicated category of products with hardware and software with certain easy-to-operate aspects.
Nowadays everyone must have a mobile phone which is connected with the internet world, even kids.
