Some people say that artists such as painters, writers, and musicians affect our life more than scientists. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Certain individuals hold the view that creative people who linked their occupations with different kinds of arts such as painting, composing and music influence others to a greater extent than experts related to science do. I tend to believe that it is not the case because science affects all humans even if they do not realise it whereas art is optional in humans’ lives. The aspects will be examined in the essay.

The issue of whether people should explore the universe outside the earth is partly the question of cost-effective investments made by authorities. However the question of non-money benefits also plays an increasing role, and so this debate is rather complex, as we shall see.

The authority sometimes has to establish new homes in rural areas due to the lack of space in cities. While some people believe that building homes in the countryside are not as beneficial as protecting the environment, I would argue that constructing new homes are more essential.

Some social members presume that exercising will lead to being healthy; however, there are others who believe that owning a balanced diet is more essential to our body. From where I stand, the first group has a point due to the reasons which will be discussed in the following paragraphs.

It is predicted that within a few years from now on, there will be no drivers inside cars or buses to drive them. Although there is a demerit, this essay will argue that the merits are stronger because such vehicles have the potential to ensure the safety of travellers.

In the past decade, the field of computer science experienced an evolution faster than anyone could ever imagine. Brand new technology and creative innovations were developed and deployed, and still continue to advance every day. One of the most revolutionary examples of this is artificial intelligence, which I believe will change our lives for the better by reducing human error and even prevent accidents.

The environment is deteriorating day by day. Few individuals opine that the extinction of species is a major issue of our surroundings but others think that we need to put the reflection on other essential environmental problems such as pollution as well. Many will agree with the statement that is a social experiment which failed miserably and we have reached the threshold when it should be stopped. The evaluation of human history has changed the lives of people. We can learn a multitude of things from the past of humans which gives people valuable information to identify different periods of man whilst others hold the view that people are unable to learn from the past. However, I agree partially with both of the statements and subsequent paragraphs will elaborate on answers with examples.

Machines are replacing humans in the manual workforce. Do you think the positive effects outweigh the negative effects?

It can be seen that AI and robots are getting more common because of the automatization of simple and low-quality labour which people have been doing for quite a long time. From my perspective, this trend has more benefits than drawbacks because monotonous and exhausting work is done by machines instead of people. Besides, it will spur individuals to develop new skills and as a result complete more advanced tasks and hence it will lead to a better quality of people’s life. The ideas will be discussed in the essay.

There is an opinion stating that playing team sports such as football, volleyball and rugby are more advantageous than playing individual ones, for example: swimming, boxing and skiing. I disagree with this idea because each kind of sport has its own pros and cons and people have rights to choose the one that is most suitable for themselves.

It is asserted by many that employees who are over 60 are not appropriate for the job and they make several mistakes at their workplace. This essay strongly agrees with this viewpoint because older individuals should enjoy the rest of their life with their families without any work-related stress.
