Throughout certain amounts of time many architectural buildings, that have historic and cultural value get old and require restoration and renovation services. It is popularly known that these kinds of activities are very expensive and even sometimes cause the default of a nation. Many experts argue that rather than obtaining and renewing them, it is much more adequate to invest in the development of the infrastructure of the city. Personally, I give preference to giving new life to old buildings.
There are a number of individuals who believe it is better for students to follow their interests at university since their likes and dislikes should be respected. On the other hand, another group of society insist that only majors such as science and technology are promising to be pursued by students because the mentioned topics comprise a bigger share of humankind's development. Although groups hold a sensible opinion, I agree with the first statement.
A fair amount of the public believes that central authorities need to spend their money on public facilities namely health and education instead of arts. however ,I partly agree with this statement and the reasons for my argument are mentioned in forthcoming paragraphs.
