It is argued that developed countries should allow more aliens to enter their lands and support them with food and shelter. This essay totally agrees with the statement because it is a human humanitarian obligation, and wealthy countries have the ability to do so. As many displays show, people are fleeing their homelands due to factors such as war or hunger. The main reason why countries should welcome more is that they have the financial ability to do so. Countries like the UK, Germany, and the US have a huge budget that they collect from taxes from their citizens and companies that are operating in their territory; it would take a tiny fraction to help and feed millions of displaced people that have been forced to flee their home countries due to factors such as severe hunger or wars, for example. It is estimated that the European Union's total GDP is over $18 trillion, and all of the Syrian refugees could be resettled for less than a billion dollars.
Music has long been regarded as a universal language that connects people beyond borders, beliefs, and generations. I strongly agree with the opinion that music is an effective means of bringing people from different cultures and age groups together. This essay will explain how music promotes cross-cultural understanding and bridges generational gaps.
Some people believe that raising a child should be the responsibility of the entire extended family, not just the parents. While parents clearly play the most central role in a child’s development, I agree that support from other family members can bring considerable benefits to a child’s upbringing.
In today’s digital age, playing video games has become a common pastime among teenagers. However, excessive gaming can lead to a range of negative consequences for individuals, families, and society as a whole. This essay will explore the effects of this issue and suggest practical measures to address it.
In recent years, the popularity of international fast food has grown rapidly, gradually replacing traditional cuisines in many parts of the world. While some people see this trend as a sign of globalization and convenience, I strongly agree that it is having negative effects on both families and societies.
In recent years, the cost of housing in many urban areas has increased significantly, making it difficult for middle and low-income families to afford decent accommodation. This growing issue is caused by a number of economic and social factors, but it can be tackled through appropriate government policies and urban planning strategies.
In modern society, it is increasingly common for both parents in a family to work full-time. This has led to a debate about who should look after young children during working hours. While some people believe that grandparents or other family members are the best caregivers, others argue that professional childcare centres offer better support. This essay will discuss both perspectives before presenting my own opinion.
In recent years, the development of some modern devices like e-books has made people feel that some physical objects for media, including books, newspapers, and magazines, will tend to disappear in the future; others think that they will never disappear, in this essay, I will discuss both views and outline some reasons to support my opinion.
The use of capital punishment, or the death penalty, remains a highly controversial topic around the world. While some people strongly oppose it, believing that it is inhumane and outdated, others support its application for the most serious crimes, such as murder or terrorism. This essay will examine both sides of the argument before giving a personal opinion.
The longevity of people is increasing in most countries. While some people think that the government faces issues because of the older population, others argue that there are upsides if society has more elderly people. I believe that having an ageing population definitely outweighs the disadvantages to a larger extent.
There is no doubt that these days, there is a lot of effort parents put into their children to have a bright future. The question is, why, and what is the right thing to do? In this essay, I am going to write what I believe is better.
It is argued that rich nations should allow more aliens to enter their borders and support them with food and shelter. This essay agrees with this view because rich communities have enough resources to do this , and these crowds are fleeing from lands that are affected by war and famine.
In today’s rapidly evolving world, the younger generation seems to have more control and influence than the previous generations. Several factors contribute to this phenomenon, and the gap between younger and older generations is becoming increasingly pronounced.
There is no denying that many public green spaces are being converted into cultivated gardens for the agricultural benefit of local people. I am opposed to this view for several reasons, such as the right over only a few individuals, lack of space for spending family time outside, and it also has a significant impact on health. This essay will explain the reasons why the advantages do not outweigh the disadvantages.
Some people argue that governments should take responsibility for ensuring citizens maintain a healthy diet. Whereas some believe that individuals must take responsibility for their own health. In my opinion, I believe the authority plays a crucial role in shaping healthier choices through policy and education.
Nowadays, many teenagers strongly desire to be slim in order to appear attractive. In my opinion, this issue can be solved with proper education, nutrition, and support from parents.
In recent years, transportation trends have shifted differently across various downtown areas. While some urban centres are witnessing a rise in car usage, others are experiencing a growing preference for bicycles. These contrasting developments are shaped by multiple social, economic, and environmental factors. In my opinion, the shift towards bicycles is a more positive trend for both individuals and cities as a whole.
In many nations, it is now banned to advertise beer, wine, and spirits. This essay totally agrees with this statement because drinking can lead to serious energy and mental problems, and advertisers can often influence people to drink more than they should.
While driving a car is becoming more and more common than cycling in some cities around the world, it is the reverse in other cities that are keen on riding a bike instead of a car. This is because individuals around the world have different opinions about transportation , and some of them are concerned about the environment, so they tend to choose to ride a bike. Personally, I think that switching to bikes is a better type of transportation.
In recent years, many children have interacted with their mobile phones for hours each day. With the development of smartphones and technology, it is hardly surprising that people are becoming more prone to use their phones, but whether this has a positive or negative impact greatly depends on the purpose of the usage and the number of hours spent.
