It is often argued that the most effective way to motivate individuals to work harder is to link their earnings directly to their productivity, specifically the quantity of goods they produce or sell. In my opinion, I disagree with this perspective, as while performance-based pay can incentivize productivity in some cases, it also carries notable drawbacks, particularly in terms of teamwork and employee well-being.
The debate over government spending on art versus other priorities is a complex issue. While art undeniably enhances cultural identity and improves the quality of life, I believe that government funds should focus more on essential services such as healthcare, education, and infrastructure, which have a more immediate and direct impact on citizens’ well-being.
In recent times transportation has become an essential thing in people's lives. There are some countries that prevent private cars from entering the middle city and allow them to use only buses and bicycles. From my perspective, I think that the benefits of buses and bicycles overpower the detrimental ones. This essay will outline the merits and demerits of reducing the use of private cars.
Health-related issues are increasing day by day, which gives rise to hot debates about whether an individual is responsible for his/her unhealthy lifestyle or whether the government should take care of it. Some nations have higher numbers of older individuals and a lower rate of birth whereas other nations have the opposite, with most of the nation being younger than thirty. Also, in some cultures, it is socially frowned upon to stop working or to be lazy. In this essay, I will the retirement laws in Saudi Arabia and I will give my opinion.
