As people are getting matured, it becomes utterly important for them to stay healthy regardless of their age. Whilst people argue that people who are over 50 years old should participate in sports activities, certain individuals claim that there are other pragmatic alternatives for those people to pursue a fit life. It is my own contention that every human being should be involved in sport to remain in shape, however, I also think that there could be some unique techniques that can generate promising and longer-lasting results.

In some nations, the weight of people is rising and their levels of health and fitness are decreasing . In my opinion, I believe it is because of a lack of physical activity and overeating. Nevertheless, there are some solutions that can be taken to solve this problem.

One group of people believe, that libraries are just a waste, because of our modern world now, where you can find everything through the Internet. Others, however, think that those kinds of places are vital, due to the importance of the role, they play in society. Personally, I stick to the second group, and I guess, that libraries are essential places for individuals.

In the modern world, a number of people tend to change their appearance due to various procedures. Is it an advantage or drawback? Both sides will be debated in this essay and my opinion will be given.

There is no denying the fact that school rules can be a debatable subject. While it is a commonly held belief that making school rules should involve children in it, there is also an argument that opposes it. This essay will analyse this topic from both points of view and express my opinion.

The crimes have been significant recently and the fact that more suspects come from young ages is undeniable. This essay will highlight two important aspects; first, the reasons why this issue happens and second the treatments that can be done by various groups, including families, teachers and authorities to slow down the cases.

At present, proponents assert that the methodology of education must be converted to virtual classes instead of the conventional manner of studying, whilst opponents contend that face-to-face interaction is indispensable and cannot be replaced. I believe that the merits of e-learning surpass the demerits, considering both time and cost can be diminished.

It is sometimes argued that the need to marry among women is decreasing at present in some regions. Many people believe that it is because of independence in money and not need to rely on financial advantages from marriage, while I am of the opinion that there are various sectors for this situation.

The proliferation of advanced technology has changed the way many companies run their business. From my perspective, I advocate this trend and believe that there are some downsides arising from relying too much on it.

These days, various parenting styles are used to behave children. Many are of the opinion that it is adults' responsibility to strictly control kids' behaviour for character building, while others generally think that children deserve their own freedom to act. Even though both views contain valid facts, I strongly believe that a child may have their own space to think and behave for the best results in character development.

In contemporary society, it is believed that the massive invasion of worldwide linguistics such as English will pose a detrimental threat to national languages. Although a nationwide tongue can preserve a country's cultural heritage and traditional characteristics, the merits of the widespread of the international language English are claimed undoubtedly. From my perspective, I do believe that there are no significant boundaries as well as crucially malicious effects that international linguistics brings on national ones. This essay will discuss this statement and present my opinion with plausible reasons.

A trend of decreasing health levels and an increase in average body mass can be seen in some nations. This is mainly caused by the overconsumption of unhealthy food and also the general lack of infrastructure that supports people to exercise, making it harder for people to achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle. This can be solved by making healthy foods, such as fruits and vegetables, more affordable for people to purchase, and also creating pedestrian-friendly cities to make it easier for people to passively exercise.
