In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

It is believed that in some countries, renting a house is not as important as owning one. From my perspective, the positive aspects of this trend prevail over its negative ones. The following paragraph would shed light on my viewpoint.

Over the years, mankind has decided to build buildings with various materials, and it is clear that these materials are improving day by day. Although old and traditional buildings are durable and can be used for different purposes, some people believe that it is better to demolish old buildings and build new ones. Also, some people believe that these buildings can be restored, and for me, old public buildings should not be demolished, the following two specific arguments will support my position.

High-tech is becoming more pervasive in this modern world than ever before .Therefore, the government investing money is the correct choice.

I partially agree with the above statements and will discuss the possible reasons behind this cause.

I personally disagree with this opinion, because space is a great example for our economy and wealth.
