Manpower is extremely important for the growth and development of every company. The type of resources varies according to the end products or services of the group. Some institutes mainly rely on physical manpower, for example, in manufacturing factories. Meanwhile, some other service-based organizations may need wisdom and vast training rather than a physical workforce. Even though all associations want both an active workforce as well as maturity, I believe experienced older employees are the cornerstones of any company.

Nowadays people spend money for different purposes. Some people argue that the government and the public are consuming a large proportion of the budget on animal and natural environment safety, while others believe that this amount of money should be spent on social problems like poverty and healthcare. I accept that government and individuals should spend money on animal conservation and living area. Yet I believe that dealing with poverty and healthcare is another mandatory issue to have the budget for them.

Social networking sites, for instance, Facebook, are thought by some to have had a detrimental effect on individual folk as well as society and local communities. Nowadays, travelling around the world is becoming more and more popular because of the low prices. However, in my opinion, there are more cons than pros of tourism. I will now explain my arguments in detail in the following paragraphs.
