Many people in different countries say it is necessary to spare almost money to upgrade railway lines to improve the velocity of trains transiting between metropolis. But the other stand on the idea money must be spent on enhancing the current public transport.

As a result of developments that have happened in the communication way in last decade, people choose to be educationed where they prefer themselves. rather, It might be through online courses or by immigrating to another country. In this case, some folks believe that the training a person do, should be at the service in the country which they are learned, while the others think there should not be any obligation for people to decide where they want to work. In this approach to writing, I would discuss both views and say why I agree with the second category.
