Nowadays, there is a tendency to rent homes instead of having one. For many, it might be the real way to have a house, for other people it is just more convenient. Nevertheless, there can be advantages and disadvantages to this particular trend. In this essay, I discuss the pros and cons of living in rented homes and provide some conclusions.
In today's modern era, significant changes have been observed in cooking methods and eating habits compared to the past. This shift can be attributed to various factors, such as advancements in technology and the scarcity of time. From my perspective, these changes have both advantages and disadvantages. This essay will explore these viewpoints to arrive at a balanced conclusion.
Many languages are lost per annum and most people believe that without a lot of ,languages life will be easier. This essay agrees that languages are overlooked and life will be better. Firstly we learn the main languages and secondly, people don't struggle with communication.
It is claimed that people should adapt to global warming instead of attempting to prevent its effects. From my point of view, I strongly disagree with this view because I believe it is not too late for us to tackle this problem.

There has been a lot of debate about legalizing firearms in the Western world. The discussion of whether there will be high crime rates if everyone is permitted to carry weapons is opinionated. I strongly agree that people should not be allowed to own or carry any form of weapon because of the damage it has caused over the years.
Many countries in the world are adopting measures to make public transportation a better means of transportation to reduce private vehicle ownership. In the following article, I will be discussing the advantages and disadvantages of this rule.
It is argued that the kids in school have become so reliant on computers for their day-to-day study needs and the use of computers should be avoided by the teachers as much as possible. I completely disagree with this statement and believe that technology has enriched education and that computers should be used as a medium for teaching. Reforestation is extremely necessary for the ecosystem. Some individuals think that the authorities should take responsibility for planting trees whereas others feel that it is responsibility of the citizens to plant trees in their homes. In my opinion, the lawmakers should only responsible for reforestation.
In recent years technology has become part of our daily life, robots and artificial intelligence were designed to make our lives easier and it is one of the biggest accomplishments in human history. With the fast development robots are having, some individuals think that they will harm humans and change society as we know, others just think they are tools that are crucial for the future. I personally believe that robotics is great as long as we are able to control it.
It often been said that everyone should have plan for future to be success. However, others think everything starts from now. I partially agree and will deliberate both perspectives on this topic, adding my personal point of view
