Advertising has become a very common phenomenon nowadays, around which people's opinions vary. From my perspective, advertising could both be economically beneficial, and cause unwanted side-effects to the society.

Nowadays, there is a widespread divergence of opinions over the concept of spending a large amount of money on constructing super-fast trains. People have different ideas about the development. While someone doubts the drawbacks of it, I believe the existing public transports are as important as new railway lines construction.

Public transportation plays a vital role in modern society. Its convenience and reliability are two major concerns when a government decides which mode to allocate money for. Personally, I believe both railways and roads are essential with different functions, and I therefore disagree with the statement that funds should be spent on railways instead of roads by governments.

It is argued by some groups of people that eradicating crime completely is possible with the combined efforts of government and community, whereas some believe that these crime rates will continue no matter what. According to my opinion, in order to see reductions in felonies, the state and civilians themselves need to take steps against unlawful activities.
