It is argued that nuclear technology is a double-edged sword, which has various advantages and, at the same time, poses a danger to the world we live in. I completely agree that the use of this technology should be stopped because it requires a large amount of money and can be misused, which is dangerous for our planet.

Students nowadays can get large quantities of information from mobile phones. Despite this, many people think that they should not be allowed to use them in the classroom. To what extent do you agree ar disagree?

These days, many pupils have access to a large amount of data due to recent technological advances. Although some people think it is useful, it can reduce their quality of education and their respect for teachers. In my perspective, students should be banned from using phones in the classroom.

In today's world, the trend of fast development has a significant impact on our lives. While some people argue that it is difficult to make a good decision among various selections or options, others suppose the opposite opinion. In this context, I agree with the view of too many choices nowadays for us to choose a better one.

Recently, understanding other countries has become an important thing for people to extend their thoughts. Some people think that learning other communities through travelling is really needed. Others believe that knowing about other countries can be derived more easily via TV and the Internet. This essay will discuss both views and argue that studying other nations on TV and the Internet is a better way.

There is no denying the fact that most young people can be influenced by celebrities. While it is a commonly held belief that famous people could negatively affect the personalities of many individuals, there is also an argument that opposes this view. In my opinion, I believe that children and teenagers should be influenced by solid achievements rather than glamour and wealth.

Some people think that universities should provide graduates with the knowledge and skills needed in the workplace. Others think that the true function of a university should be to give access to knowledge for its own sake, regardless of whether the course is useful to an employer. What, in your opinion, should be the main function of a university ?

Whether higher education should equip students with practical knowledge and the tools they can use in future work or whether the main purpose of the university is to teach the way of learning has become a hotly debated topic nowadays. I tend to believe that every course at the university is helpful for the work environment, even if it is not a professional one.

It is true that editors have to make difficult decisions about which news stories they broadcast or publish, and their choices are no doubt influenced by a variety of factors. In my opinion, we are exposed with too much bad news, and I would welcome a greater emphasis on good news.

These days, many people choose different ways how to monitor their health. But what is the most effective method of dealing with diseases? Some people believe that the reason for having an appointment with the doctor is when something is bothering you. I completely agree with the statement that it is better to invest in preventative measures and in this essay, I will support my opinion with examples.

Some people claim than not enough of the waste from homes is recycled. They say that the only way to increase recycling is for governments to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their waste?

Many individuals argue that we are not recycling an adequate amount of waste. They also provide the view that, to raise the recycling rate it is essential for governments to make people legally required to participate. In my opinion legislation is not necessary at all.

Some people say that to benefit the development of a child, the mother and father should take parenting classes. To what extent you agree or disagree with this statement?

Nowadays, raising a child is an essential problem for all societies. There are many arguments about the advantages of classes for parents to guide them on how to educate their children in the proper way. From my perspective, the scientific approaches to dealing with their children's problems and the consistency from both mother and father in parental behaviours could bring positive effects on the growth of a baby.

Some people think that the government should tax unhealthy foods while others believe that a ‘fat tax’ is unfair and unnecessary. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. Many people believe that junk foods can have detrimental effects on both the individual and society as a whole. They think a solution to this problem would be to add a charge to these items at purchase, whereas others think this is unjust. In my opinion, there is a valid argument for both considerations.

Some people believe that unpaid community service should be a compulsory part of high school programmes (for example working for a charity, improving the neighborhood or teaching sports to younger children). To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Many believe that high schools should include free social work as part of their obligatory programs, such as doing charity work, enhancing the neighbourhood’s quality, or giving lessons on sports to younger children. This essay supports that unpaid public service deserves to be made compulsory in high schools, particularly because it boosts students’ teamwork skills and directs them to be involved in positive activities.

Many major cities are facing a housing crisis as they cannot provide enough land for new buildings. Some local governments believe the problem could be solved by reassigning park land for residential development, because this land would be better used for housing. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Some governing bodies think that land currently being occupied by parks would be beneficial to be used to create homes due to the lack of houses available in cities. There are many considerations to be taken, for instance, homelessness. I believe parks must be preserved as much as possible, thus the demolition of green spaces should not occur.

Some people say that too much attention and too many resources are given in the protection of wild animals and birds. Do you agree or disagree about this opinion?

For centuries, deforestation, farming, urbanisation and other human activities have wreaked havoc on wild animal species and sent them to the verge of extinction. Regarding wildlife protection, awareness has been raised and attempts have been made. However, some hold the idea that the protection of endangered species has been given an inordinate amount of attention and resources. Personally, I do not see eye to eye with this point of view.

It is inevitable that traditional cultures will be lost as technology develops. Technology and traditional cultures are incompatible. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this view?

As science and technology have improved by leaps and bounds, a great many traditional cultures Worldwide have been lost and the trend may continue in the future, which makes some people believe that both aspects cannot coexist in a proper manner. From my perspective, I am not in favour of this view. While traditional cultures are facing extra challenges due to the popularization of high machinery, cultures and technology are compatible. They are inclusive rather than exclusive.

Advertisements, which are assumed as the most effective part of business, are said to be grown by competing holdings for clients. In this essay why I think people are affected by advertisements and which approaches should be applied to protect them will be addressed.

People argue whether the upper management level must consist of the old or young generations. This essay agrees with the latter statement that young leaders will be more beneficial for organisations.

Some suggest that adopting traditional values, such as collective growth and respect for all, can lead to a better world. This essay will explore both perspectives before concluding with a personal opinion.

A group of individuals present the view that all students should be taught their favourite field of study, whereas others believe they have to pass only the courses that will be useful in the future. I strongly agree with the former opinion.

Artist need a certain amount of freedom to develop their creativity. Some people think that artist should have total freedom to express any thoughts and ideas. To what extent do you agree or disagree

People believe designers must have a boundary for their design, others argue that they should voice their thoughts freely. This essay will explain why designers should make their creations expressively. Firstly, limiting their creativity will not make the art industry improve. Secondly, the artist considers boundaries as a standard, hence their products tend to be patterned. All things considered, I am strongly convinced that the designers must not have limitations.
