In their advertising, businesses nowadays usually emphasise that their products are new in some way. Why is this? Do you think it is a positive or negative development?

In recent days, when making advertisements, corporates tend to reiterate the novelty of their goods. In my opinion, enterprises are prioritizing it as a measure of attracting consumer’s attention and promoting sales, and this trend has a negative impact on consumer behaviours.

Scientific research should be carried out and controlled by governments rather than private companies. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

These days, there have been fierce debates about on whose shoulder the responsibility of carrying out and supervising scientific research lies. I completely agree that it’s only the government that has the capability and the right to conduct and oversee scientific research.

In this modern era using social media is very important, of course we can deny the transformation of globalisation that can pursue every generation during older ages until young ages. A lot of new news around the world can be informed and up to date. In this essay, I will explain the advantages and disadvantages.

Telling the truth at all times is not essential. On some occasions it is necessary to tell lies, and it is wrong to tell the truth. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

It is argued that saying truth is like a holy thing, so we cannot accept any exception for it. But we know that a considerable number of situations in reality exist that make us more flexible. Furthermore, sometimes our status leads to a point that telling details to the others may make a bad challenge between our relatives. I strongly believe that professional and practical behaviour is a necessary attribute for our social life.

It is often held that viewing television is not worth of time. This essay will describe the reasons why I strongly disagree with this opinion and think that it can be very beneficial instead.

More support should be spent on railways instead of roads are believed to be essential. Personally speaking, I totally consent with the upper opinion, understandably due to its less-impacted travel conditions and also, economic benefits.

There are various customs around the world. While many support visitors to follow regional customs, others argue that cultural differences should be celebrated by the host nation instead. This essay will explain both views in detail and provide the reasons why I think that a mix of both is fundamental.

There is a perspective held by certain individuals that manufacturers have been highly successful in persuading individuals to make purchases. Others believe that advertising has become so widespread that we no longer fully focus on it. I personally agree with the first group.

Museums belong to the nation but the way to visit is going to happen in different ways, by paying money or without money. To the point of my view, museums are worthwhile and as a legacy, they need to be maintained and be safe. Thus, considering the cost for visitors would be more beneficial.

In modern times, there is an opinion amongst employers that academic skills from university education are vital rather than practical skills and personal characteristics in a recruitment process. While possessing a university degree can be beneficial in some professions, I would argue that several factors should be taken into consideration.

Some people believe that in the future, environmental problems will mean that we are unable to live on this planet. In order to survive, the human species will need to find another planet that can support life. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

Global warming is a concerning issue for people these days. Some are of the opinion that this place is no longer suitable for living due to a lot of climate changes. Therefore many others say that individuals need to search for another place to start their life with a healthy and clean environment. It is not possible solution to leave your place just because of some defects hence I am not in favor of the above statement. I will discuss further on this in my essay below.

Nowadays, there has been a big debate about the freedom of the artists. Some opine that the government should not interfere with their work while others are opposed to it. Nevertheless, I agree with this statement to some extent due to particular reasons namely it might hurt an individual's beliefs and the following paragraphs will expatiate with lucid examples.

Home is often considered a warm harbour where our bodies and minds find respite. The question of whether the authority should provide free or affordable housing to urban residents has sparked a contentious debate. Both sides of this argument have valid points, In my view, the government and residents should share a certain level of responsibility in housing issues.

In this essay, I will argue that this trend represents a negative development, primarily because it can lead to a decline in real-life social interactions.

What is an ideal society and how to build it? Even though this question has haunted people over time, there is still no answer found. This essay will discuss the reasons why I think that an ideal society consists of high moral values and respect, and excellent primary education from parents and schools can help to achieve that.

A set of people believe that children should participate in collective group activities in their leisure time and parents encourage them to do so. However, some individuals think that juveniles should learn to carry themselves without intervention from caretakers. This essay will explain both aspects. I believe that both viewpoints carry weight in terms of child development therefore careful consideration should be taken while making a wise decision.

In recent times, it is commonly argued whether a corporation should recruit older staff or young staff. I personally believe that hiring a person should focus on the needs of the work itself because older employees and young employees have their own merits.
