In the modern society, it is always debatable whether owning a home or just renting one. Some argue that in the long run, owning a home benefits not only your family now but also your children’s, others insist renting a house is more flexible in this generation. This essay is going to discuss this issue.
Time is a valuable gift. In order to enjoy it to the fullest many argue to live in the present and not plan ahead while, others argue otherwise including me. This essay will explain the reasons why I strongly disagree with this statement and believe in future planning instead.
Almost 8 decades ago, the world saw how powerful and destructive nuclear energy could be during the Second World War. Since then, significant efforts have been made to reroute the devastating nature of nuclear weapons to produce affordable and clean energy for civilization. I agree that the advantages of atomic power can help us much more than the possible threats it bears because it is one of the most potential sources of renewable energy and at the same time it does not have any impact on global warming.
According to many people, the usage of mobile phones is against social ethics as it is for smoking. They prefer that mobile phones should be banned in certain areas just like smoking is banned. From my perspective, I strongly support this statement, however, I will be discussing both points of view with the support of some relevant examples.
While a group of people claim that players who have staggering physical power over others are predominantly responsible for the accomplishments of sports teams, a second group hold the view that a team's success is shaped according to the both spiritual and mental resistance of the team as a whole. It is my firm belief that each side has its own merits and demerits to discuss, however, I think victory is unavoidable if a team is mentally bonded together.
The question of what components contribute to one's success in life is a multifaceted one. Some emphasize the significance of good planning, whereas others attribute success to other factors such as hard work and luck. In this essay, both sides will be explored, followed by my opinion.
While many think that making a surplus is the primary goal of businesses, I firmly believe that corporations should also recognise their social responsibilities. In this essay, I will argue that businesses should balance their pursuit of profit with their obligations to society, as this approach can yield benefits for both the companies themselves and society as a whole.
There is a public voice upholding the removal of theoretical subjects such as calculus, algebra, geometry, and dialectics from the syllabus because a majority of students prefer to study practical ones. Overall, I tend to partly agree with this viewpoint.

In this context, it is argued by some communities that military services should be mandatory. I strongly disagree with this mindset. From my own standpoint, folk must have the choice to work where they believe is well suited for them.

Many believe that exercise in school education is the best preventive measure to solve this issue. I am partially in favour of this statement as there are multiple reasons to become obese and solutions for the problems.
Nowadays, the incidence of crimes in societies is growing rapidly. This essay will mention the main reasons behind these phenomena including unemployment and poverty. It will also suggest some solutions to tackle these problems including raising the standard of living.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone was introduced to online work. Now many people find that working from home is a greater option than commuting to the office all the time. This essay will discuss the pros and cons of this opinion in detail and provide the reasons why I think the former does not outweigh the latter.

However, the question of who should bear the financial burden of this research has generated significant debate. In this essay, we will explore the respective roles of private companies, individuals, and governments in funding medical research.
There is a general consensus among societies that History is one of the most necessary materials being taught at school, but others would argue that natural science subjects are more important to lecture than the previous one. While the former supports the essence of learning about our past events and incidents, the latter endorses the importance of studying a more scientific approach. Personally, I agree that both of the materials are included in our school curriculum.
