IELTS Opinion Writing Samples Band 7.5
These days we have noticed that a number of people around the world are moving to urban areas and as a result , the number of individuals in the countryside has a downward trend. In my perspective, this matter has a negative development and I will analyse it with some reasons afterwards.
The subject of artificial intelligence is the current ish for technological experts. This subject has generated arguments among people. A group says the work from artificial intelligence will be beneficial to us in the coming years. Others opine creating a world where digital devices are smarter than man is not the best. This essay will seek to analyze both sides. I will give my opinion in the course of the essay.
College students hold different views on whether they should study fields beyond their main specialisation or focus their energy and headspace on mastering a specific proficiency. In my opinion, it is crucial for undergraduates to put their major courses as their first priority.
Some people believe that new houses which are being built in the local residential areas should remain as the older houses whereas others argue that residents should be given the free will to restructure their homes in the way they want. I agree with the latter.
One of the widely discussed issues nowadays is that art subjects have become compulsory subjects at the present time. Now people are beginning to realize that art is not necessary for the elder students. Personally, I tend to think that art does not need to be mandatory chiefly for high school students.
The education sector is one of the commonly discussed areas in society. While some contend that managing and investing in education must be provided by the government, I partially agree with this point of view. In my essay, I will explore why I cannot accept this idea as it is totally true.
Nowadays, we can see that in a country, there are more than just a single or two native languages such as Hong Kong or Singapore. So, many people suggest that we should learn and know more than just the native one that we were born with. In my opinion, I totally agree with this statement and here are the reasons.
There is the notion supported by many that Robots and AI-based methodological approaches will have replaced the existing classroom system of teachers and students in education by the year 2050. While this point of view has already proved the high probability of that, I believe that replacing teachers with robots is unlikely to happen within the given time frame.
Books and films teach good behaviour to teenagers instead of they learn from real-life experiences. I agree with the statement because young ones are more inclined towards academic books and movies and they indulge in their study.
Some people enjoy recreational activities and thus are willing to pay huge amounts of money to be present at such events. I believe there is nothing wrong with spending money on these events.
In the past, learning a second language was important in the individual's everyday life. However, I think that nowadays it is more crucial to know a foreign language than it was in the last years.
Some people believe that earning a substantial amount of money is more important than job fulfilment. In my opinion, I completely agree with the idea that we should find work satisfaction in workplaces rather than following the high-end jobs.
Nowadays, many students have serious problems in fundamental skills such as writing and reading, because of the greatness of using computers and being obsessed with them a lot. As teachers utilizing systematic teaching methods, there is a certain requirement to put away PCs in classrooms and go back to the traditional way of training children. To some extent, I am not a fan of this theory and I explain it more in a further essay.
In today's world, cars have become an indispensable means in our lives; consequently, the rate of traffic accidents has increased to reach critical levels; hence, some people argue that we have to impose strict punishments on driving offences, meanwhile, others think that we should follow another approach to solve this problem. This essay will discuss both points of view and argue in favour of the former.
In today's time, natural resources are very important for human life and every living being should focus on saving more and more natural resources for future generations. But nowadays certain tribes are becoming selfish as they want to use natural vices all by themselves. In my opinion, natural resources should be saved for the upcoming generation.

I partially agree with this statement because minor crimes such as pick-pocketing, shoplifting, and drunk driving can be staved whereas, a major infractions like abduction, fraud, and murder are not ruled out.
There is an ongoing debate about the correct time to teach a language to children. Many argue it should be taught very young while others argue otherwise. In this essay, I will be presenting both views and share my own opinion at the end.
With the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, people nowadays are motivated to participate in a wide range of physical activities. However, there are different perspectives on which kinds of sports would bring the utmost advantages to individuals apart from improving general health. Some argue that team-based sports have more benefits compared to individual sports. From my point of view, both opinions have their own justifications and it is better for people to attend various activities in order to achieve well-being as well as personal development.
