It is important for people to take risk, both in professional lives and their personal lives. Do you think the advantages of taking risks outweigh the disavantages?

Risks are vital for the personal development of an individual.People believe that it is crucial for a person to take risks both in professional and personal life.I believe that it is good to take chances as long as it does have any negative effects.However,In the following ,paragraphs I am going to elaborate on the possible advantages associated with it.

Money should be spent on creating new public buildings such as museums or town halls rather than renovating the existing ones. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

There is a common belief that money should be invested in establishing new public amenities instead of remodelling the current ones. From my perspective, I agree with the statement as creating up-to-date structures can attain the citizens’ necessities and safety.

Some young people look forward to a year of travelling, a gap year, before they begin work or university and see it as a chance to broaden their horizons. For others this is an expensive waste of time. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

It is often assumed that the young generation prefers to have some spare time which is called a gap year before they enter to job career or university. During this period, they have a chance to develop their personality and travel to distant places. Such travels can be seen as hugely beneficial, a way of developing a person's interest and understanding of the world, or alternatively viewed as days spent irresponsibly. Therefore, as far as I am concerned the first group have a better point due to the reasons which will be discussed in the following paragraphs.

Rising university fees and scarce employment prospects for graduates have led some people to say that universities should not teach arts subjects, like philosophy and history, and only offer practical degree courses that maximize chances of employment. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give a reason for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Although there is consensus that practical subjects like management and marketing are in demand, especially in the past few years.It is a contentious issue whether students should read those subjects which help them in getting jobs or they may also focus on other arts subjects. My view coincides with the former proposition for a number of reasons.

Nowadays, due to many ,factors kids and youths are interested in pass the bulk of their time at home. This number is increasing and causing critical concerns among experts on how the next generations are going to learn social skills. There are many reasons behind this trend which I will illustrate in this essay followed by some helpful solutions for the statement.

Few individuals claim that employees who choose a career early and maintain working have a higher percentage to get satisfying career life than others who usually alter professions. This essay is going to provide several positives about two ideas; however, I partly agree with this statement.

Some people claim that nor enough of the waste from homes is recycled. They say that the only way to increase reycling is for governments to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recyle more of their waste.

Some individuals believe that waste management is not enough if it is just recycled in homes. It should be governments who play a role in waste management. I personally think that a legal requirement from governments will have a massive impact on how people recycle their waste.

These days it is necessary for inexperienced teachers to have a wide range of specialist skills in order to be able to do their jobs properly. If they have completed a dedicated training session, they will have more of these skills than if they start teaching straight from university. However, in my opinion, teaching requires certain skills that cannot be learned in a theoretical program of study and must be developed through practical experience.

The notion concerning the decoration of houses has been of great consideration in society. While many favour the homogeneous style of house in a region, others maintain that everyone is at liberty to construct their homes based on their interest. The following essay will elaborate on both perspectives and put forth my point of view.

In several countries, it is considered essential for people to buy a house rather than lease one due to the sense of achievement and long-term financial benefits it offers. I firmly believe that this shift towards homeownership is a positive phenomenon for families.

Some countries are struggling with increases in crime rates. Some believe that having more police on the streets is best way to reduce and combat crime. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Societies are grappling with the rise in crime, and thus many suggest that an increase in police patrols on the streets can tackle this problem. In this essay, I will argue that having more police force available on the street is not the answer to the issue of the rise in crime rates as any progress as a result of it would be temporary if the root cause of the problem is not addressed extensively; and further it is far more expensive compared with other methods.

There are many benefits for both visitors and the country they visited when people trip overseas. From my perspective, the benefits of such a trend outweigh its drawbacks.

The choice of friendships matters for most people. While some argue that having something in common with peers' is essential, others think it is not necessary. This essay will elaborate on both views and explain why non-identical thinking ability is crucial.

Many manufactured food and drink products contain high levels of sugar, which cause many health problems. Sugary products should be made more expensive to encourage people to consume less sugar. Do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, industrialization has affected even the food industry, and instant food has become more and more popular. The main ingredient in these products is sugar making various foods and drinks. Since sugar would lead to lots of diseases, some believe that products should be unaffordable to eliminate sugar consumption. Although health problems related to sugar intake such as obesity, diabetes, and hypertension are threatening human health, I partially disagree with the former opinion because of the reasons that I will mention in this essay.

Advertisement is the marketing strategy to promote the goods and services of a company. In today's competitive world, companies put more effort to advertise how their product is different from the existing ones in the market. In my opinion, there are several aspects which favour the mentioned statement, such as it not only improves the sales of the commodity but also helps consumers to understand why and how the specific product is beneficial for them. In the following paragraphs, we will elaborate this argument with reasoning, which will lead to a logical conclusion.

In modern human society, the majority of people across the globe share some thought that possessing either a house or an apartment is more advantageous than paying monthly rent to the landlord for one. In my opinion, I believe this is a positive development which will be further explained in this essay.

Nowadays, Education is one of the essential requirements in people's lives. They had spent hundreds of dollars and a decade of their time to obtain it but most of them are unworthy of handling real-life situations. Out of hundreds of reasons for this result, the two most prominent are the privatisation of the schooling and lack of hands-on experience among teachers. Thus, I completely agree with the statement and will discuss it in detail with live scenarios.
