Recently the phenomenon has aroused wide concern about considering which place that suitable for the application of certain workforce like doctors and engineers. In this regard, I firmly hold the opinion that any professionals have the same right to decide where they should be getting employed as their wish. However, this essay will endeavour to discuss both points coming to a reasoned conclusion.

Spending funds on different sectors has become a major issue to concern for higher authorities. Some people believe that money should be spent not on the arts but on other important educational sectors. I agree with the above statement to some extent; however, I do believe that spending some cash on the arts is not wrong as the arts promote creativity and relaxation among youth.

From my perspective, I do not agree with this statement and this essay will shed light on my opinion.

Nowadays, lots of people decide to engage in extreme activities such as skydiving or rock climbing. This is because they want to challenge themselves and get out of their comfort zones. Since this is a kind of sport and any injuries could be gotten if people aren't careful enough so I believe that it's the individuals' responsibility to pay for their own injuries.

In this modern's world, going to an institute is not a leisure thing, but a need for everyone and should be free because poor communities also deserve to be educated. Analyzing the importance of schooling to increase life's standards by getting well-paying jobs and developing critical skills, so the nation can be better humans, it should be agreed that every human must go to the academy. On the other hand, the state has a lot of things that should be done, so it is hard to make learning totally free for their society, so the authority should give some part of schooling that can hold by a private company.
