Some people think they have right to use as much fresh water as they want, but others believe the government should control the use of fresh water as it is limited resources. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Opinions are divided as to the autonomy of the use of fresh water. While some claim there should be governmental management of freshwater supply, others argue people are entitled to use water accordingly. In general, I believe the authority should impose some control over freshwater usage due to its limited resources.

The restoration of old buildings in major cities in the world costs enormous government expenditure. This money should be used in new housing and road development. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Undoubtedly, with modern city development, the argument of whether the government’s budget should be used for renovating old buildings or investing in new construction such as housing and road has been debated. As far as I am concerned, I support the money should be used in building modern structures.

It is true that the widespread application of advanced technology in the communication sector has had a profound effect on our society and daily existence. While some may be concerned about its negative impact, I am firmly of the opinion that the entire human society stands to gain significantly from this development.

Online shopping has gained popularity over the past few decades around the world. Although this development may appear negative for some, I would argue that it is offering broad-based benefits to our society.

It is predicted that in the future there will be driverless vehicles available. People are able to transport via any transporter such as cars, buses, and trucks without having a driver. They will only sit comfortably as passengers. However, is it literally give humanity a real benefit?

Many manufactured food and drink products contain high level of sugar which causes many health problems. Sugar products should be made more expensive to encourage people to consume less sugar. Do you agree or disagree??

It is an irrefutable fact most fast food items contain unhealthy amounts of sugar in them and thus give rise to various disease pathologies in the body. Some suggest that increasing the price of these edibles will reduce their consumption which I completely disagree with.

The range of technology available to people is increasing the gap between the rich and the poor. Others think it has an opposite effect. Discuss both views and give your opinions.

While one school of thought of school holds that technological advancements in human life are one of the reasons why the difference between the wealthy and the needy, others are of the opinion that it may bring positive benefits. This essay will closely scrutinize both views before including that I agree with the latter.

Infrastructure development plays a crucial role in a nation's progress and economic growth. When it comes to the allocation of government funds, a debate arises as to whether more money should be spent on railways or roads. In my opinion, I strongly agree that the government should prioritize spending on railways more than roads.

The effort environment possesses many challenges and stress that doesn’t only affect employees’ quality of life, but also their mental health. Therefore, many companies have shed light on this issue and started providing their staff with physical workout tools to be utilized during their free time. This essay illustrates the merits of adopting this idea including the improvements in workers’ physical and mental states and consequently overall productivity.

Besides earning profits, companies need to be concerned about the development of society. While I accept that this may suit many people, I believe that there are some social aspects beyond business owners’ abilities.

As the importance of education rises, it is widely argued among parents whether extra private lessons with a teacher after school can increase students' performance or not. In my opinion, the benefits of personal tuition outweigh its drawbacks and I will be discussing my view in the following paragraphs.

Money is considered by some as an ideal favour option to give to the young community though not everyone shares this view. I tend to agree with the latter side.

In this era, the majority of the masses are not getting enough sleep in comparison to the old times. This essay intends to discuss the possible causes for this change along with the repercussions of it in the upcoming paragraphs.

There is an ever-increasing use of foreign languages, such as English and Chinese, in the world. It is often argued that this is a positive development, while others disagree and think it will be useful studying technology and practical job-related knowledge. I am in favour of learning languages other than a mother tongue.

Rich countries should lend a helping hand to needy nations with humanitarian aid when they suffer disasters caused by nature. This essay agrees with the statement because it is a moral responsibility to help people in need and it can help prevent global issues.

Others argue that women have better leadership skills than men. In my opinion, the measurement of being a great leader is not about gender status as both have their own unique style, characteristics, and expertise that to be considered.

fossil fuels are the main source of energy around the world. However, people are encourge to use energy source, such as wind energy, solar energy and so on. Do you think this is a positive or negative development?

Non-renewable sources are used since ancient times for many activities such as the production of electricity, fuel, and many more, but these sources are hard to generate if they are used up. That's why some masses are motivated to use those sources which can be replaced and renewed due to the many advantages such as cost-effectiveness and ease of renewal. However, I believe that it is a positive aspect.

Some scientists believe that studying of 3-year-old children can predict their criminality. To what extent do you think a crime is a product of human nature or is it possible to stop children from growing up to be criminals?

While some believe that human characteristics lead to crime, others argue that it is able to prevent kids/juveniles from becoming criminals. In my opinion, I support the latter point of view.

As the world is becoming global, settling overseas with family for work purposes is now popular. In my opinion, I believe that the benefits of this trend will have a greater impact than its drawbacks as it builds a strong family relationship and its foundation.
