Effective decision-making in organizations has been a topic of heated debate for decades. Although managers may appear to make good decisions on their own, there is plenty of evidence suggesting that they should involve employees to make better ones.

While some people believe that hard work and determination are the most crucial factors in achieving personal goals, others think that material possessions and physical appearance hold greater significance. In my opinion, neither view tells the whole story, and thus it is an oversimplification to venerate one view over the other without carefully examining all the determinants.

Do you think it is better to send criminals to jail or let them receive education or job training?

Some people argue that all criminals should be prisoned, while others believe they should be gained training and proper education. In my opinion, offenders who conduct heavy crime crimes should be jailed, while light crimes such as picking pockets, hangovers, or annoying others should be fined and doing community service.

As the effect of industrialization, global developments in many sectors are increasing such as the car industry. Data has shown that number of cars on British roads in 2000 is calculated nearly 29 million which first appeared in 1888. Therefore, Regulations on vehicle ownership and use need to be applied along with the development of public transportation. In this essay, I will explain why I agree with the statement and elaborate on the details to support my arguments.

It is irrefutable that the young population often neglect their health due to busy schedules and responsibilities. It is often argued that members of society can be motivated to participate in sports events for a healthy lifestyle, while others feel that good effective measures are available than these events. In the following paragraphs, I will throw some light on both these notions. I will support my stand with pertinent arguments in upcoming paragraphs and thus will lead to a logical conclusion at last.

Globalization has brought all countries in the world to a common platform, and it is essential for them to possess proficiency in various foreign languages. This requires that all types of skills, including listening, reading, speaking, and writing, are equally important when learning the communication medium of the destination country. I completely agree with the above statement, and I will provide supporting examples in this article.

Getting an education in the same institution for boys and schoolgirls is a controversial topic among people. Some minds claim that for a better education, it is good if both young men and women attend different schools while others oppose this viewpoint. From my perspective, co-schooling is the best thing for the betterment of everyone.

Smartphones have become an inseparable part of a human. A section of society believes that phones are not necessary for youth while others opine that it is beneficial for them. I believe that limited and proper use of mobile can be proved as the best device for the young group. I will discuss both views and explain my opinion in the following paragraphs.

These days, some individuals think that voluntary service should be made mandatory for all secondary school pupils however, others feel it should be optional. I completely disagree with making unpaid service mandatory for all students.

Technology has found its way into every aspect of our lives, including the way we pay for things in shops. Following this trend, I believe that we will not need to use cash in the future.

Modernization in machines and the internet has rapidly gained the attention of adolescents due to parents and guardians nowadays being trustworthy of technologies. While there are several potential advantages to this approach, I believe they are overshadowed by the drawbacks in the long term.

Doctors, nurses and teachers make a great contribution to the society and should be payed more than entertainment and sports celebrities. Do you agree or disagree?

In these contemporary times, entertainment and sports celebrities are well-paid, while in comparison with them, doctors, nurses, and teachers' salaries may seem insufficient. Some people believe that they are deserving of receiving a higher salary than those celebrities because their presence is necessary for our society. Although I agree with the opinion that being a public servant is a great job, I do not believe that their wages should be higher than those of successful people.

Many people claimed that homework is a topic to debate in schools. There are those who argue that schools should not give their children assignments, while others think that students need to have assignments. In my view, students should be assigned homework after studying at school. This essay will give certain reasons for and against homework, and present my own point of view on this statement.

In my opinion, I totally believe that working together to protect the earth will benefit everyone, whereas some uncommon environmental matters are better to be solved domestically.

Childhood obesity is increasing in Australia. As many as two third of children are now obese. Schools have a responsibility to monitor what their students eat and the amount of exercise they do. To what extend do you agree with this statement?

Obesity is one trendy health problem in Australia but it is particularly common among children and about two third of these children suffer from this condition. It is the duty of academic institutions to review what these youngsters consume and the workouts they do. I agree that schools should monitor the food and fitness of their pupils .
