There are severe social consequences to housing shortages in cities and only the government can solve these problems.To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, Individuals face problems regarding the shortage of living space in the cities, and there are many social reasons for this phenomenon. At the same time, some consider that higher authorities can tackle these issues. I am totally in favour of this statement, and this essay will analyse the reasons for this viewpoint in the following paragraphs with a reasonable conclusion.

Some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers,should be required to work in the country where they did their training. Others believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Some people argued that experts or specialists who had professional skills should stay in their nations, however, other people think that professionals have the freedom to choose the place they want instead of asking them back to the country they did training.

There are no families in this world having no disputes in their families. Two different people will have different points of view and it will very possible to create some disagreements. That matter happens also to parents as they came from two distinct backgrounds. Moreover, those different points of view that lead to a conflict will also arise in parents' and children's relationships. This essay will elaborate on how that will affects children's growth from both positive and negative possibilities.

In today's contemporary world, youngsters have developed many bad eating habits which have resulted in many problems like obesity and other deadly diseases, which creates a burden on governments too. There are numerous causes for this but fortunately, there are some solutions available to combat this problem.

Never has the topic of crime failed to attract our attention. However, when it comes to the approaches to reducing juvenile delinquency, people hold divergent opinions. Some people believe that educating parents about good parenting skills is the best way to solve this thorny issue. Personally, I partly disagree with this view as I think it is farfetched to state that it is the best method.

it is undeniable that newspapers and news channels have a tremendous impact on society in terms of getting information. While some individuals think that the newspaper is the most effective way to inform people about the agenda, others say that TV channels are the best method. Although, both of them have their own merits and demerits, in my ,opinion newspapers are much more reliable sources of data.

Students should pay their full university fees themselves as they benefits from having university studies and not the society as a whole.To what extent do you agree or disagree?

There is an opinion that expects undergraduates at universities to pay their schools fee on their own because of the fact that students may be able to benefit from university studies while society is supposed to bring fewer merits for them. In my opinion, I totally disagree with this and this essay will support my point of view.

Individuals can do nothing to improve the environment; only governments and large companies can make a diﬀerence. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

People are divided on their opinion about the most effective method for environmental protection. Some hold the view that it is impossible to protect nature at a personal level so policymakers and businesses should take effective measures to alleviate this overarching issue. In my view, I do not agree with this idea because everyone has a crucial role in cleaning and maintaining our natural living habitat because of the important reasons that I will explain in this essay.

Some people feel that the legal age at which people can marry should be at least 21. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It's an incredible thing in this world, two people being found and falling in love with each other until they decide to get married. An important question is, how old should people allow to get married? In my point of view, I agree that youth should be married at age 21 or older. I have two main reasons, which are emotional balance and financial stability.

In many parts of the world, individuals try to detect one's family background,it has become a norm that is practised by many people in our society at large. It is a welcome development reason that this will help to find out genetic traits and how immediate attention could help to curb the complications that tend to arise in future. This essay will explain my take on the issue.

It is widely believed that consumerism is vital for the economic well-being of a country. However others feel that consumerism has unacceptable social consequences on a society. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Some people hold the view that it is crucial to purchase and use a lot of commodities in order for the economy to flourish whereas other individuals argue that excessive consumption takes its toll on society. I am inclined to agree rather with the latter than with the former because consumerism leads to quite a few serious social issues. So, two opinions will be examined in the essay.

It is true that many of the traditional ideas of the elderly no longer align with the needs of the younger generation. While I agree some conventional ideas are obsolete, I also believe others are still useful for people nowadays.

It is commonly believed by some people that being at least 21 is a fundamentally pivotal requirement for a couple who wants to marry. I completely agree that being mature enough both physically and mentally is a mandatory requirement for partners to register for marriage.

Some people say that schools should concentrate on teaching students academic subjects that will be useful for their future careers. Other people say that subjects such as music and sports are also necessary. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Education is one of the most important things we should learn especially in schools. Other citizens surmise that universities should only offer academic subjects that are vital for the future of our younger generation. While some offer subjects such as music and sports which is also imperative. This essay will discuss two sides of the idea and my stance regarding this matter.

Some people think that as long as professional sportsmen and sportswomen are good players, their behaviour on and off the playing field is not importsnt. do you agree or disagree?

In recent times, there are two different types of opinions about the importance of sportsperson to behave properly. One group believes the qualification of a player is the key to good performance and there is nothing to do with their attitudes. Another group opines, that to be a good performer one should have appropriate mannerisms both in and out of the field. I am in favour of the latter and will explain the reasons in the subsequent paragraphs.

Many feel it is crucial that homeowners possess the freedom to design their own property, while others feel there should be restrictions. In my opinion, the value of preserving the identity of a neighbourhood outweighs the rights of property owners.

While certain individuals believe that tourists should accept local culture because it allows them to have the best experience, others think that the host country should be more liberal towards others' cultures as it will enrich its own. This essay will discuss both views and explain my own standing.

People have different views about whether advertisements can be successful or common.While advertising can sometimes be repetitive in life,I believe that the ability to persuade is more important.

Tourism today creates a variety of problems, such as pollution due to flights, transport and dirty water. Do you think that governments should impose extra taxes on flights or accommodation to restrict today’s tourism industry?

Flights and cruise companies have been recently criticized due to the impact that flights and big boats have on the environment, in terms of air and water pollution. To solve the issue, it has been suggested to adopt public policy measures which would increase flight ticket fares and hotel prices. I personally believe that the aforementioned solution is not ideal in order to tackle the issue since would discourage tourism and damage the whole industry.

Some people believe that studying at University or college is the best route to a successful career, while others believe that it is better to get a job straight after school. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

People have different views about whether youngsters should straightly get a job after leaving school or go to university or college to continue learning. Both two groups have their own reasons, but personally, I am inclined toward the latter opinion.
