There are different trends in the real estate industry in each nation, as the popularity of buying or renting a place is not similar around the globe. The expenses related to renting as well as having a house as a status symbol can be the reason for choosing to own a home rather than renting one. I assume that this is a positive situation, which helps people develop their future life.

In modern times, credit cards and loans are used very frequently, and a lot of people have large debts that they can not repay. The conventional wisdom is that it will be easier to repay if a group of community borrow together. I am in two minds about this, while I agree with this common opinion, I believe that it will not cause problems if a person has enough money or a constant budget.

Nowadays, our mother earth is really in danger due to pollution. There is an argument that imposing a tax on industrial factories is the best way to eliminate it. In my opinion, this is not the case. In this essay, the drawbacks of this will be mentioned and the other solutions will be discussed.

Planning of cities is an important factor affecting citizens' daily-life. While this way of city planning may end up creating calmer neighborhoods for the citizens, I would argue that disadvantages outweigh the advantages.

Over the years, there have been dramatic increases in the number of serious crimes being committed. Is considered that the death penalty is a great way to discourage criminals, while others think that a different approach is required. In my opinion, several other measures can be taken to reduce crime rates. This essay will discuss both sides of the argument
