Certain people around the globe opine that it is better to spend money on building new railway lines for inter-city speed trains while others argue that is it a waste of money which should rather be used to better the current forms of transportation used by the public. Personally, I believe spending money on manufacturing new train stations helps decongest the other forms of transportation.

More and more people are becoming seriously overweight.Some people say that price increase of fattening foods will solve this problem.To what extent do you agree or disagree ?

It is a common belief that the reason many fat people's overweight is they do not exercise and move dynamically. However, there is a more persuasive argument that when people eat junk foods it can be why they gain weight.

Some people argue that the consideration of people to learn a foreign language is merely for travel or work purposes. In contrast, others believe these are not the sole argument why people ought to learn other languages. I contend that studying another native language will be beneficial for communication, leading connection between community and preventing a miss perception, moreover, individuals may have various of aims depending on their business, which I will discuss both views in this essay.

Some people believe that exploiting national attractions as a tool to generate revenue from tourists will ruin the indigenous customs. Under the circumstances, others compete that there was the only way to preserve these cultural traditions. From my point of view, I agree with the former views that these natural customs are under threat and have invisible prospects.

According to some , people It is true that art activities music , drama and creative books , contains a very important part in the studies . and it is must me consider as a subject in each and every educational institute . I still strongly agree with this point of view because due to this students can make their minds refreshed.

Living in society has triggered some people to contribute to their neighbourhood. A certain idea has been argued to adapt volunteering as a mandatory programme in a high school. The following essay will elaborate more on its benefit as I strongly agree with this matter.

Nowadays, tourism is being considered as a core sector as well as being taken advantage of to boost their economies. Nevertheless, this industry is believed to pose threats to native traditions and the ecosystem. In my point of view, I completely adhere to the latter idea which I will delve into herein.

Personal health should be checked regularly for their own sakes, rather than a requirement for their community. Personally, I absolutely agree with this statement for several noticeable reasons.

Technology in the automobile industry is developing at an exponential rate. With these advancements, it is possible that in the future all modes of road transportation would be driverless. In my opinion the merits of self-driving cars, buses and trucks outweigh the demerits by a huge margin as it will make roads safer and make road transport more efficient.

It has been said that art is as close as human beings will get to God. There are so many advantages and disadvantages of arts. Some persons are of the view that art is beneficial while others think otherwise. There are valid arguments on both views which I will discuss now.

Beyond doubt, there has been much discussion revolving around the issue of whether people utilised their leisure time in a better way in the pre-internet Era or in these days. As far as my views are concerned, I fully agree with the given statement because I believe that past generations were happier than present ones. In the subsequent paragraph, I intend my views with valid arguments.

There is no doubt that modern life today is becoming more expensive, so some families consider it necessary for elders to go to work. This thought-provoking debate , whether the kids in this family benefits from the income or do the child in this family benefit from the income or do they feel they lack support due to the absence of their parents. I'll discuss both views and give my own opinion in conclusion.

There is a hot debate between two groups of employers who believe that employees should be asked about personal hobbies, interests and marital status, whereas, the second group has a different notion and says that there is no point in knowing staff personal information. I go along with the former group and in this essay, both ideas will be discussed.

This essay will analyze the benefits of this town layout as making a locality more organized, making the residential areas more secure; and the drawback of creating a traffic congestion problem, especially for the residents who have to travel distance to access workplaces, schools, and offices.
