Currently, there are controversies over the retirement age for employees and politicians. While several entities stopped working at 50 years old and some up to 70 years old, many politicians benefit from power and wealth until they are aged. In my opinion, I think working as a civil servant is completely different from a political career, therefore, an average age of 65 years is enough for a hard-working citizen to start receiving a pension.

In countries like Britain, old people prefer to go to old age homes that are run by the government and these homes have nurses to take care of the aged persons. I think that the government must pay for these homes to provide a safe and secure environment for elderly people at least to a minimum standard. Some argue that insufficient infrastructure can be an obstacle for less-developed countries to improve and modernize. Likewise, the same people believe that this should be the first issue to be resolved with outside funding. While there are, undoubtedly, other critical matters that can be resolved with foreign aid, infrastructure is clearly the most important one because improving it will help slash transit costs for all businesses within the country, and will expedite the speed in which goods and services are delivered.
