In contemporary society, the extent to which individuals should engage in social activities with colleagues outside of working hours remains a subject of debate. Conversely, others contend that maintaining a clear demarcation between professional and personal life is essential for well-being and productivity. In my view, while social interaction among colleagues can yield professional benefits, it is imperative to establish a balance to ensure both professional efficiency and personal autonomy.
