Decision making is an important part of a company's operations and usually, they are made by managers. However, currently, the view that personnel should participate in the decision-making process is gaining popularity. This essay will explain both these perspectives and show the power of involving staff in making decisions.

Experts and artists have longly debated whether museums should focus on regional works rather than exposing cultures and works from abroad. I would contend that while this thinking is valid to some certain extent, the governors should invest harmoniously in space exploration and other aspects to bring a better life for people.

In my opinion, investment spared on both fields are reasonably justified and it is optimal to strategically allocate national coffers on both mentioned aspects.

The transportation system will switch on auto-driver vehicles and people who travel, are going to be only by themselves. This is a new two-sided matter as its outcome can affect our lives as well as death tolls on roads. Hopefully, by controlling the possible drawbacks and fixing them, everyone will appreciate the benefits of this.
