IELTS Opinion Writing Samples Band 8.5
Growing up in the modern world surrounded by technology, youngsters nowadays spend more time on digital devices than reading. Some say reading books has more advantages for children than using computers or television, I disagree with this in relation to bringing better memories through motion pictures and retaining attention, as well as the various choices of content from using computers.
A Television set can entertain an entire family at the same time and is the greatest invention of all time. Even if that is true, some people believe that televisions make people less productive and provoke them to live in their own comfort space and I agree with it.
Today in the world of the internet more than ten million data is generated per second. Large internet companies and organisations held the personal data of many individuals. Many believe that this trend has many benefits. But I do not think the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages.This essay will discuss the details of my stance with examples in subsequent paragraphs.
There is no doubt that every individual has to learn how to manage their money. While some argue that youngsters should learn this ability in their early days, I believe the concept of currency should not teach before a certain age. I completely disagree with the former opinion, and In this essay, I will explain my argument.
In the current era, the improvement in life quality is causing considerable damage to the earth. Some people claim that this consequence is inevitable but I personally disagree and this essay will discuss in the following paragraphs why I envision that we could find a balance between developing the standards of living and preserving nature.

In today’s world, a group of pupils at the same time of studying have a part-time job either which sometimes they do not have enough time for studying and they will get pressure and anxiety. The major reason for this type of job is to make money and if you have strong planning skills, you should be fine with doing both, which I discussed in this essay.
It is argued by many that the education system is the sole indicator of a nation's development. This essay agrees with the statement since this field determines the soft and academic skills of the population, which in turn increases the employment rate and prestige of the country.

There are many who believe that graduates ought to practice their professions where they studied, whereas others insist they can practice their careers wherever they please. I believe that according to which type of education they received, whether public or private, they should be able to choose where to work and live.
Nowadays the promotion of different products has increased largely due to modern technology. It is argued that advertisements prevent people from being unique and make them want to do the same things. I do not quite agree with this view. In my opinion, advertising cannot really suppress the individuality of people.
The world population has been suffering from numerous diseases since the existence of the human race. Particularly, states distribute a huge part of their budget to treat sicknesses. Especially, governments cannot bear health payments after the rapid growth of the population. The main aim of countries is to invest more money to discover the treatment of sicknesses even though there are plenty of ways to prevent people from diseases. I deeply believe education and preventative measures can help society and health and cut expenses.
It is often argued that distance education is not effective as traditional methods for learning. This essay will examine whether studying remotely or in-person learning is more beneficial and I strongly agree traditional ways are more useful.
It has no doubt in the cutting-edge era malady is increasing among the masses . Control is better than remedy. Findings and treating infection are too expensive so it would be better to infusion of capital into preventive measures. I agree with this notion to be larger extent. I will discuss the notion in upcoming paragraphs .
In recent years, having children later has become an increasingly popular trend. There are several reasons for this phenomenon, and I believe it has some obvious drawbacks for each family and the future employees in our community.
In contemporary times,as technology developed,it enables journalists to take a photo and put it in journals or official news sites.Some individuals argued that photograph is more efficient than text.I think that pictures have a tremendous impact on readers to be engrossed in an article.
While finishing school, students often encounter the dilemma of whether they should get a job or keep on studying. While some assert that it can be beneficial for one to get into the job market after graduating from school, I believe greater advantages can be seen for one to keep studying.
School and studies are important in children's life. It is often argued by some people that teachers should not give any homework to children, whereas, on the other opine that it is necessary to give homework. In my opinion, homework should be given but in limited quantity. In this essay, I shall discuss both points followed by my opinion.
