Good health is a very precious asset from God and everyone should take care of their health. Nowadays, human health is the most debatable issue worldwide. It is generally argued, that the government ought to give healthy food variety to the public, however, others believe that it is the duty of every single individual to take care of their food choices and perform healthy activities. I totally agree with the latter statement. This essay will discuss some of the reasons for it along with valid examples and a conclusion.
There is a divided opinion with regard to enhancing the standard of health of the public through adding more exercise facilities in different areas. Whereas other people believe that this solution is not enough to alleviate the issue, as far as I am concerned, seeking further measures such as providing healthier food options could be one of the potential remedies for this matter. This essay will address both viewpoints and will be followed by a logical conclusion.
It is thought that young individuals should be asked to involve in volunteer community work when they have spare time since this can be advantageous for themselves and society. In my opinion, I partly agree with this statement for some reasons.

In contrast, others believe it is a vital part of children's education because it contributes to the child's ability to learn outside the school environment. This essay discusses both views and my opinion in alignment with the latter will be given.
The lifestyle of the current generation differs significantly from that of people who lived in the past. Even though there are pros and cons in both ways of life, in my opinion, the changes that have happened are mostly positive.
