Finding the right friend is quite tricky, some people suggest that it is better to befriend someone who shares the same opinion and others disagree, favouring a more critical individual. There are strong arguments on both sides of these two thoughts, which we will discuss here.

Nowadays, learning a foreign language is become common among the young generation. Some believe that a foreign word is essential to travel or a job in a foreign country, while others argue that there are other reasons why anyone should learn a foreign wording. I totally agree with the latter opinion because learning a foreign speech does not limited to travel or task and has other reasons too.

Nowadays, some sectors of society believe that huge investments are being made in order to repair and conserve old buildings, which brings the idea that it may be better to demolish them and replace them with modern ones. In my opinion, I strongly disagree with this, as demolishing and rebuilding a new building would cost much more money, without thinking about what would governments do to relocate residents in the meantime.
