Nowadays, humankind is very dependent on new and helpful technologies which are beneficial in any aspect of their growth. Consequently, many proclaim universities have to limit their education to anything related to scientific subjects. On the other hand, some people believe there are other important topics which are necessary as well. Thus, there should not be any restrictions on students’ learning themes. In this essay, both ideas will be discussed and I will illustrate my agreement with the latter approach.
Wealthier nations are in great efforts to support poorer ones in solving famine by providing them with financial aid. However, it is of the opinion that this type of help does not work well and more effective alternatives are in need. Personally, I am inclined to agree with this notion.
Individuals are split when it comes to industrial growth. Some believe that the growth of industries is a vital factor in solving poverty. Others, on the contrary, assert that this might lead to detrimental effects on our environment earth and it is necessary to cease them rapidly. There are valid arguments on both sides, which I will discuss and conclude by clearly stating my viewpoint in the essay.
Many advocate the importance of being able to distinguish between wrong and right doing during early childhood. In addition, they consider gruelling the proper action to teach that difference. However, in my perspective, the crackdown is not an acceptable way of teaching and should be banned.
Some argue that society can apply technology to deal with every problem, while others say people are overly reliant on it. From my point of view, technical advancement has more disadvantages than advantages because people have been losing their problem-solving ability after asking for the help of machines too much and technology has been causing more social affairs rather than reducing them.
As a matter of fact, it's a common acknowledgement and a debatable argument that media does not play a key role in society as a news provider for the betterment of its citizens, but collects some gossip and issues to spread, using valuable air time. Hence, the validity of this statement lies in how strongly the media justify the argument. As far as my view is concerned, I believe that the above statement is correct to an extent. In fact, by looking at the way news providers act nowadays, it's apparent, there needs to have a proper audit or a probe into this matter by relevant authorities.
As the modernization of human civilization proceeds, social problems related to the arts have seemingly proliferated over the past decades. It is myopic to assume that the arts such as painting and music are not able to affect citizens’ lives directly, and the government should spend the budget on other schemes. This decision about the influence of the arts should depend on the people’s interests. Besides, my position is that the arts and other fields should be invested on an equal footing by the government.
It is beyond a doubt that societal developments in the past few decades have caused mental illnesses, such as stress, to become serious problems. Therefore, I totally agree with this statement. This essay will shed light on the phenomenon before proposing viable solutions.
It is true that in many countries, people from rural areas move to cities, which caused decreasing in population in the village area. This essay will examine why this is a negative development and give some reasons.
It is widely believed recently that technological innovations are having our lives affected negatively. Personally, I strongly disagree with this statement.
In recent decades, sending teenagers to have exposure to higher education will bring many benefits to all sections of life as it assists them to broaden their horizons about this world. Some people argue that this issue contributes to the nation’s prosperity. While some groups believe that it is detrimental and even increases the unemployment rate. I side with the former view because of some reasons.
The issues related to the environment such as global warming, climate change and pollution are getting more and more severe, which has become too challenging for each citizen to handle. However, others believe that people need to take responsibility for protecting and preserving their surrounding habitat, so the mentioned difficulties can be mitigated. In this essay, both views will be discussed before giving my perspective.
It is argued that fund which is being allocated from the public in order to spend on human survival needs to invest in other planets, but according to other people's point of ,view it should be spent on our current living as there are many obstacles we are facing on our present planet. I believe that the adequate use of money is to invest it to tackle the earth's problems.
The main target of employing science should be how to make the life of humans better. Although, I desperately wanted to completely agree with this statement; I believe the aim of science has been used to improve the lives of people in the last few decades, but it has also caused countless loss of lives, especially children.
Some individuals think it is more crucial to spend money on encouraging a healthy lifestyle rather than spending it on helping people who are already sick. I completely disagree with this statement because a lot of people who are ill do not have enough money for their treatment and some health issues are genetic.
In the modern world, space exploration is not a strange phenomenon, and people are uncovering more and more interesting things occurring around us. However, its rapid growth in our community raises a contradictory question for both the government and citizens of whether the objective of space research is to contribute to a specific country or to the sake of the whole world. From my perspective, every individual's and country's prosperity has at least some international contribution and in this essay, I will discuss the reasons, with a few examples as attached, why I think so.
It is often believed by a few critics that government funding should be utilized on promoting to lead a healthy lifestyle while others oppose the thought and say it needs to be credited towards the citizens who are sick. I believe, in my humble opinion, funds should be used to create awareness amongst people as prevention is better than cure. I will be outlining a few aspects in forthcoming paragraphs to rationalize my agreement.
Computer technology has greatly developed to the level where (in which) they are actually able to translate our languages. Accordingly, there is an opinion that no longer, the burden of learning foreign languages should be put on the shoulder of our children at school. Personally, however, I disagree with this opinion, for despite their innovative capabilities in many fields, computers still possess inevitable limits in dealing with complex human languages.
Over the last decade, the rate of consumption of fossil fuels is alarming. Experts are suggesting exploring and developing alternative substances that could potentially replace fossil fuels to produce green power. In this essay, I will elucidate my viewpoint on why it is imperative to come up with solutions to the rapid depletion of fossil fuels.
