Homeownership is considered of significant importance in several countries across the globe. Although the usefulness of such investment varies a lot based on the type of the economy of the country and the way of obtaining the ownership, it is highly regarded as a status symbol, sometimes as an emblem of financial stability also - conventional wisdom will almost always recommend anyone to own lands like a house or an apartment. This essay will shed light on both the bane and boon of owning.

Spending most of their time on a smartphone is becoming common among children. They tend to use it regularly in order to get entertained, educated, or communicated. Although some believe that this causes a certain effect of less physical activity, I think the positive side outweighs getting information as soon as possible and connecting with friends no matter how far they are.

After the end of the Covid-19 pandemic, stadiums and event arenas worldwide have been re-opened to the public, and many people are spending vast amounts of money on tickets to watch live events. In my opinion, this is a positive fact and can bring benefits not only socially but economically too.

The only way to improve road safety is to give much stricter punishments on driving offenses. To what extent do you agree or not?

It is suggested that the implementation of stricter penalties for offences associated with driving is the only effective way to reduce such crimes. According to my perception, while it is an outstanding notion to contemplate more severe punishments because it prevents the repetition of common crimes, other remedies may be profitable as well. Nowadays, more people are shifting towards reading news and books online without paying and it seems that, in the future, they will completely give up on the printed version of these readings. Personally, I strongly agree with this shift in people's behaviour and this essay will develop in the following paragraphs my point of view as well as why I claim that this change will have many benefits.

These days, online classes are become popular because of their advantages. However, some people believe taking into departments on campuses is better.
