Nowadays, in this fast-paced modern world, the quality of life has improved dramatically but it also seems most people have an unhealthy lifestyle. Scientists have already suggested the public change their living habits and do more physical activities. However, the majority of people are still following their old unhealthy habits. In my opinion, most people have not realized the seriousness of unhealthy life and they are used to their sedentary habits. I think the public should awaken their awareness to pursue a healthy lifestyle.
